Warm Up: KB warmup for 4:30

Deads: 45x15/135x8/195x5/205x5/215x5/245x5/255x5
BB Curls (body drag*): 50x6x2/50x5/50x3
Dips: 15/8/6/6 :)

Thoughts: I did nine minutes of stretching afterward.

Cut it somewhat short today as I've been up for sometime with only about four hours of sleep.
