Warm Up: Joint Mobility 9:00

TGU: 16kg five minutes total alternating sides each rep

SS:
KB Swing: 16kg 3x30/side
KB Snatch: 16kg 3x30/side

- did the above in the following order: (R)swing (L)swing (R)snatch (L)snatch - 6:00 minute total.

Negative Pullups: 3x3 - I pulled or jumped to the up position and took my time lowering (about five seconds) each rep.

Double KB OH Press (2-25s): 8/8/8/8/8

Cardio: None today

Stretch & Roller: 15:00

Thoughts: Pretty good today.
