Finish: 7:55am

Warm Up: 10:00

Practice: C&P and Snatches - 5:00 - 16kg bell - five reps per side of each.

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg bell - 207 swings

Roller & Stretch: 17:30

Thoughts: Not too bad today. Must keep focus on the form and not let my mind wander.
