Front Squat: 80x12x3

Carido: Recumbent Bike: 20:00/Hill program/level four/97 cals/ 7.2 miles

Stretch & Roller: 14:30

Thoughts: I dropped the swings to 30 seconds and then into the C&P... but, no rest after the C&P... I went right back to swings following a 'brief' rest till the second hand hit the top or bottom of the clock.

Overall, pleased with today.
