Warm Up: Joint Mobility - 11:00
Bodyweight Movements: Did not do
I did the following with the 20kg kettlebell
Circuit:
Alternating Press x5/side
Alternating Row x5/side
Double Squat x5
Snatch x10/side
Rest: 1:00 to 2:00
Cycle through five times:
#1: 2:33
#2: 2:43
#3: 2:39
#4: 3:00
#5: 3:05
Roller & Stretch: 16:00
Thoughts: Today was tough. Not sure why, but after the second round I wanted to stop. I didn't. Guess I won.
