Warm Up: Three minutes on the Concept II

Weighted Supine Rows: 12/9/6/5
Seated Cable Rows: 80x12/110x12/130x11/170x8
BB SLDL/Shrugs: 80x12/110x12/120x11/140x10
EZ Bar Curls: 30x12/35x12/45x11/55x7
Inclined Leg Raises: 12x4
Partial Bicycles: 12x4

Thoughts: Upped the weights on Rows, SLDL's, and the curls. I liked this workout. These "Light" days are pretty intense. Tried to maintain a 90 second rest between sets.
