Bent Over Row (OH Grip): 115x2x6/120x3x6

Chins (BW minus 100=98): 8/8/8

Bench Press: 135x4x6/140x6

Chest Dips (BW minus 110=88): 88x2x10/98x10
--
Neutral Grip Shoulder Press: 25x3x10
--
Tricep Pushdowns: 45x10/50x10/60x10
BB Curls: 50x10/50x8/50x7
Thoughts: I did seven minutes of stretching and roller. Apparently different pulleys give you different tensions (high vs low).. this I knew, I just wish I could remember which one I used each time.
