BP: 115x2x12/115x11 (so close to 12)

Incline DB Fly: 25x3x12

BO Lat Raise: 5x3x12
Lat Raise: 10x3x12
--
Dips: 96x2x12/106x12
Incline DB Curls: 20x12/20x10/20x6

Thoughts: I did 9:00 minutes of stretching and foam roller. Row was good today... Overall... decent today.
