Week Five/Day Two

Thoughts: I did 9:30 of stretching and foam roller afterward. I upped the squats and the RDL. I did feel a weird, painful twinge in my left knee during squats. It hit quick and left. No further pain for the rest of the workout. It feels fine. I might have just had my knee pointed wrong. I'll see how it feels in the next few days and if there is anything feeling odd.
