Warm Up: Joint Mobility 8:30

TGU: 16kg for 5:00 alternating sides each rep

SS:
KB Swing (16kg) 2x10
KB Snatch (16kg) 3x10/side

BB DL: 160x5x8
---
BO BB Rows: 75x5x8

Cardio: Did not do any today

Stretch & Roller: 14:30

Thoughts: Weight this morning was 194.4. I may add another set of KB superset.

I will stay with todays weight on the DL for another week. I will up the BB Row to 80.
