Week Four - Day One

Start: 7:11am
Finish: 8:8:05

Warm Up: Joint Mobility - 11:00

Bodyweight Movements: Did not do.

I did the following with the 20kg kettlebell
Circuit:
Alternating Press x5/side
Alternating Row x5/side
Double Squat x5
Snatch x10/side

Rest: 1:00 to 1:30

Cycle through five times:
#1: 2:39
#2: 2:44
#3: 2:50
#4: 2:44
#5: 2:42

Roller & Stretch: 16:00

Thoughts: I skipped the bodyweight movements today. Gotta stop that.

I'm glad all rounds were under three minutes. I need to stop resting during the circuits.
