Week Four - Day One - Heavy Day/Test Day

Start: 7:09am
Finish: 8:00am

Warm Up: Test Day Warm Up - 10 16kg swings per arm and 3 16kg TGUs per side. 6:30

C&P: 20kg five reps then rest 5:00

Loaded Cleans: 24kg three per side then rest 5:00

Test:

C&P: 24kg - three per side (goal is five)
Rest 5:00
Snatches: 20kg - 5:00 - 80 total

Roller and Stretch: 16:00

Thoughts: well, that was fun. Shoulders are better after the pushups. Still a little tight in the pecs and the left shoulder is a little gimpy. That will likely be what holds me back from moving along. Snatches, well, I had planned on going for ten minutes! ha! Form was starting to falter so I stayed with 5:00.
