Warm Up: Joint Mobility 8:00

TGU: 16kg five minutes total alternating sides each rep

SS:
KB Swing: 16kg 2x30/side
KB Snatch: 16kg 2x30/side

BB Bench: 115x8x4/115x7
---
Double KB OH Press (2-35s): 8/8/8/4/5

Cardio: None today

Stretch & Roller: 10:00

Thoughts: My lats felt different on the OH press with the KBs. The groove or tracking felt better in the shoulder. However, if the back discomfort continues I may switch to one arm presses.
