Start: 7:04am
Finish: 7:55am

Warm Up: 10:00

Practice: C&P and Snatches - 5:00 - 16kg bell - five reps per side of each.

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg bell - 200 swings

Roller & Stretch: 16:00

Thoughts: I feel as though today went well. Swings felt good. I really need to focus on full body tension, though. For such a simple movement, there is so much to remember!
