Thoughts: I upped the weight in everything that used a weight today. That felt good.

Some thoughts on my DL. I am not too pleased with it. The weight I'm fine with, but I don't think I'll use the 45 pounders on it again. It's just too high for me to get low enough to seem to make it matter. The 35's were okay, but I may use the 25's if there is enough from now on.

My Romanian DLs seemed to become more SLDLs lately. I just can't seem to get the correct form for the subtle difference between the two. Again, maybe the size of the plates.

Overall, pleased with everything. I'll do some measurements tomorrow and see what the tape has to say.
