Week Four - Day Two

Warm Up: Wall Squats x10 - Halos x10 (each way) and Pumps x10 for a total of ten minutes.
Practice: Pistols - two sets of three on the left. One set of three and one of two on the right.
The last rep on the pistols on the right side was a half! Not the best form on some of them.
Went lighter on the TGUs today. Form is pretty good, I feel.
