Warm Up: Five minutes on the treadmill

Cable Seated Row: 70/90/100x10

Supine Hip Xtn: 10x3
DB Push Press: 20/30/25x10

Rot. Lunge: 20/25/30x10 (five per leg)
Swiss Ball Crunch: 10x3

Thoughts: One more to go in the Fat Loss I. Then onto Fat Loss II. Followed this with some stretching. Upped the weights today on most movements. Showed fitday to someone.... what an awakening that site can be. HR hit about 152bpm.
