Rot. Lunge: 20/25/30x10 (five per leg)
Thoughts: One more to go in the Fat Loss I. Then onto Fat Loss II. Followed this with some stretching. Upped the weights today on most movements. Showed fitday to someone.... what an awakening that site can be. HR hit about 152bpm.
