OKay, I did work out last thursday, but somehow i never entered it here (what a suprise, I spaced something...)
Warm-up - mowed the lawn, then rode the stationary bike 5 minutes while my training partner warmed up.
Upright rows 15X24, 15X24 superset with
lunges 15X24, 15X24
Lateral raise 10X24, 10X24 superset with
leg extensions 32.5X24, 32.5X24
front raise 12X24, 12X24 superset with
leg curl 32.5X24, 32.5X24
reverse flye 8X24, 8X24 superset with
seated calf 50X24, 50X24
Lat pulldown 62.5X24, 62.5X24 superset with
back extension 3X20, 3X20
chest fly 15X24, 15X24 superset with
incline biceps curl 12X24, 12X24
Triceps pressdown 15X24, 15X24 superset with
wrist curls 12X24, 12X24 and
reverse wrist curls 8X24, 8X24
Stretched out, good workout.
I am done with this phase (yeah!) Now I get a week off before starting a medium weight, mid rep phase. It is funny how happy I am to be done with those high rep workouts - they got easier, but 24 lunges was a killer. I am definitely not an endurance type.
Oh, and it was 'Amish in the City', or America's Next Supermodel', I can't remember, it all blurs together...
