Week one

My excercise today was 45 mins cardio, which involved treadmill sprint bursts and walking on incline, bike, cross trainer, and back to treadmill.  
Diet - I don't eat a lot due to my gluten free diet and lactose free diet.  Makes me very sick, but had a small toasted sandwich with ham and cheese and lactose free chesse, on gluten free bread.  Cereal was cornflakes, with lactose free milk, a sesame snap for morn tea, and grapes for evening snack.  I had one drink of bourbon at dinner time.  
Motivation is not good, mood is not the best, so sick of feeling like shit!  Have really bad headaches and feel like I am getting sick as well with a cold.

    Thanks so much, yep ended up getting a cold, so feel crappy today but still did gym yesterday for an hr....so was happy I got up, but def feeling flat today, so sick and hardly any sleep.... Gonna rest up today and see how I feel tomorrow!

    I;m sorry to hear that you're not feeling motivated and you're getting sick. I always say to myself when I'm not feeling motivated that I just need to go to the gym for 10 minutes. Once you're there or you start exercising you will find it easier to do you're whole exercise routine. I hope you feel better soon, don't push yourself. Do what you can when you're sick :D
