Start: 7:10am
Finish: 8:20am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility 11:30

TGU: 16kg for 5:00 alternating sides each rep

Did the following three times

SS:
One Hand Swing x 30 seconds with 16kg bell
Clean and Press x 30 seconds with 16kg bell
Tuck Jump Burpees x 10

BB Bench: 95x8x4
--
DB Flyes: 20sx8x4

Roller & Stretch: 14:00 a bit tender in the back from physio

Thoughts: Burpees were better today. Overall, not too bad.
