Start: 7:05am
Finish: 7:52

Warm Up: Wall Squats x10 - Halos x10 (each way) and Pumps x10 for a total of ten minutes.

Manmakers: Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg bell

Swings x20
Jumping Jacks x60s
Swings x20
Mountain Climbers x60s

Rotate through that for 12 minutes.

Roller & Stretch: 18:30

Thoughts: Those freakin' pumps are a challenge. A nice whole body warm up.

Overall, pretty good today.
