Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower

Front Squat: 65x15/70x15/75x15
Cable Seated Rows: 70x15/80x15/90x15

Supine Hip Extension: 15x3
DB Push Press: 15x15x2/20x15

Rotational Lunge: BSx16x2/12x16
Swiss Ball Crunch: 15x3
Thoughts: I did some stretching afterward. Felt good.
I upped the weights on the Front Squat, Cable Seated Rows, the last set of the Rotational Lunges and I started with 15 pounds on the DB Push Press. The last set was done with 20 pounds. I thought I was going to lose my balance at one point.
Good overall today.
