Two Hand Swing: 3x30 seconds with the 24kg bell

Figure 8 to Hold: 3x30 seconds 12kg/12kg/12kg
Press: 3x30 seconds per side 16kg/16/kg/16kg

Roller & Stretch: 13:30

Thoughts: Not too bad... still dealing with this cold... more of a crappy cough than anything else.
