Circuit:
Alternating Press x5/side
Alternating Row x5/side
Double Squat x5
Snatch x10/side

Rest: 1:00 to 1:30

Cycle through five times:
#1: 2:15
#2: 2:33
#3: 2:35
#4: 2:40
#5: 3:00

Roller & Stretch: 16:30

Thoughts: Used the 16kg bell. Today was easier but not easy.

Not too bad today. Gotta quit taking extended rests between and during sets. Just move.
