Back at it....
Full Body
Warm up for three minutes on eliptical
BB Bench Press: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/10x125lbs
Lat Pull Downs: 10x8p/10x9p/10x10p
DB Shldr Press: 10x12lbs/10x15lbs/10x20lbs
Leg Press: 10x160lbs/10x230lbs/10x320lbs
Calf Raises on Leg Press: 30x40lbs/30x50lbs/30x70lbs
OH Tri Xtnds (Standing): 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x50lbs
DB Shrugs: 10x40lbs/10x40lbs/10x40lbs
Crunches (on the ball): 2 sets of 10
Twisting Crunches (on the ball): 2 sets of 10
Hanging Machine Leg Raises: 2 sets of 10
It was good to get back, and I liked the variety of a full body workout... we'll see about DOMS later I guess... I noticed the weight was down a tad on some exercises, but I'm trying to get 10 reps in on each exercise....
