Thoughts: *I did the superset this way, (R)Swing, (R)Snatch, (L)Swing, (L)Snatch
**Did 135lb today instead of 160lb or higher. I just didn't seem to be into it today.
Overall, not much oomph today... I kinda knew it even before I got to the gym this morning.
This is the last week of this, then some time off.
