Week Seven - Day One - Heavy Push

Warm Up: Three minutes on the mini-trampoline

BB Front Squats: 45x8/55x8/75x7/105x6
BB Hack Squats: 45x8/55x8/65x7/85x6
DB Flat Bench: 15x8/20x8/35x7/40x6
DB Inclined Bench: 25x8/35x8/45x7/50x6
Lying Tricep Extensions: 35x8/50x8/60x7/65x3

Thoughts: Did this at home. Not sure if my bar weighs less than I think it does. I've weighed it a dozen times and 45 pounds at home feels different than 45 pounds at the gym. I'll re-weigh the gym bar.

Not enough clearance at home to do Skulls standing, so I did them lying down.
