Week Seven - Day Three - Light Push

Anyway...

Start: 7:50am
Finish: 8:55am

Warm Up: Three minutes on the Concept II

Dips: 12/8/3/4
DB Incline Press: 15x12/20x12/30x11/35x10
Leg Press: 200x12/320x12/410x11/460x10
BB Hack Squats: 50x12/55x12/60x11/65x10
Skulls (Standing): 30x12/35x12/45x11/55x10
Calf Raises: 15x4

Thoughts: Figured I'd check my heart rate... 132bpm after the Hack Squats. Wow. I took 90 second rests between everything except the leg movements. Those were about two minutes. During the Calf Raises I took about 30 seconds.

I'm spent. I upped the Hack Squats and the Leg Press today. Dips are still a challenge. I only have one more week on this, so I don't think I'll get the 12/12/11/10 on 'me... but I'm trying!
