KB Clean & Press (16kg) 3x10/side

Roller & Stretch: 17:00

Thoughts: Well, today was fun. I knocked one minute off the KB circuit even though I used a 24kg bell. I wish I had picked it up sooner. Go figure.

My long term goal is to press the 32kg one.

One more workout, then some time off.
