Week Seven - Day Two - Light Pull

Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Weighted Supine Rows: 12/10/7/5
Seated Cable Rows: 80x12/100x12/120x10/140x6
BB SLDL/Shrug: 65x12/110x12/130x11/150x10
EZ Bar Curls: 30x12/35x12/45x11/55x6
Frog Crunches: 12x4
Crunches (Arms Extended overhead): 12x4

Thoughts: The Cable Rows are now very challenging since I am not extending back as far. Getting more lat involvement now. The Curls were hard today as my bis were burned by the time I got the Curls.

I also had a few distractions today. A few talkers there. I'm fine with that once in a while, as long as it doesn't turn into a habit for them.
