Week Six - Day One
Start: 11:12am
Finish: 11:44am
Warm Up: KB warm up 5:30
Manmakers: Swings x 20 with approx 30 sec active recovery
Stretch: 10:25
Thoughts: Not too bad given the food, etc consumed over the weekend. May do the PM for one more week following this then move on to the ROP.
