Week Six - Day One - Heavy Push

Start: 7:50am
Finish: 8:47am

Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Leg Press: 270x8/350x8/470x7/510x6
BB Hack Squat: 45x8/55x8/65x7/75x6
Parallel Dips: 8/8/4/3
DB Incline Press: 25x8/35x8/45x7/50x5
Skulls (Standing): 30x8/45x8/55x7/65x6

Thoughts: The Leg Press was good. I'll up the weight on it. The weight on the Hack Squats was good so I'll keep that for a bit longer. Givin' 'er on the Dips. Well, trying anyway. I'll keep this weight on the Skulls, too, but I need to keep an eye on my form. Don't want it to turn into an OH Press.
