Start: 7:13am
Finish: 8:37am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility 9:30

TGU: 20kg five minutes total alternating sides each rep *

SS:
KB Swing: 16kg 3x30/side
KB Snatch: 16kg 3x30/side

- did the above in the following order: (R)swing (L)swing (R)snatch (L)snatch - 6:00 minute total.

Inc BB Bench: 95x8x5

Negative Pullups: 3x3 - I pulled or jumped to the up position and took my time lowering (about five to 15 seconds) each rep.

Double KB OH Press (2-25s): 8/8/8/8/8**

Cardio: None today

Stretch & Roller: 14:00

Thoughts: *With the heavier weight I need to really focus on keeping the extended leg down.

**Last rep of each set finished with an Iron Cross.

I may take some time off. My joints were talking to me last night and it wasn't the most pleasent conversation.
