Warm Up: 9:30
Practice: C&P and Snatches - 5:00 - 16kg bell - five reps per side of each.
Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg bell - 213 swings
Roller & Stretch: 15:00
Thoughts: Thank God my wife threw out what was left the of the grad cake.
Happy with the swings today. There were a few with questionable form towards the end of a few sets.
