Stretch & Roller: 20:00

Thoughts: My weight today was 194.0.

The squats were a challenge today. Not sure why. I am starting to include burpees in my workout/warmup in order to overcome them. They are as much a mental challenge as a physical one.

Overall, pleased with today.
