Warm Up: KB - 4:20

Bent Over Row (OH Grip): 120x5x6

Chins (BW minus 90=108): 8/8/8

Bench Press: 140x5x6
--
Chest Dips (BW minus 80=118): 118x2x10/118x8
--
Neutral Grip Shoulder Press: 25x3x10
--
Tricep Pushdowns: 60x10/70x10/90x10
BB Curls: 50x10/50x8/50x6*

Thoughts: *my brain gave out before my biceps.

I did nine minutes of stretching and roller after. I feel a little 'off' today. Not sure if I ate something I shouldn't have last night at a Christmas party. I felt ill last night as I went to bed.
