Warm Up: 10:00

Practice: C&P and Snatches - 5:00

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg bell - 180 swings

Roller & Stretch: 16:00

Thoughts: Really focused on swing form. I decided to drop the AOS requisite of 40 or 50 swings to 20 and keep form priority. Damn, it was tough today.
