Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower.

Cable Seated Rows: 70x12/80x12/90x12

Supine Hip Extension: 12x3
DB Push Press: 20x12/25x12/30x12

Rotational Lunge: 10x12/15x6/20x6
Swiss Ball Crunch: 12x3

Thoughts:

My hams were a little tight. Might have something to do with ten hours of driving on the weekend.

I upped the weights on the Front Squats, the Push Press and the Rotational Lunge.

Heart rate was getting up there, too. I averaged around 145bpm.
