Start: 7:10am
Finish: 8:20am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility 8:30

TGU: 16kg five minutes total alternating sides each rep

SS:
KB Swing: 16kg 2x30/side
KB Snatch: 16kg 2x30/side

BB Bench: 115x8x3/115x7/115x5
---
BB OH Press: 65x8/8/4/5/5

Cardio: None today

Stretch & Roller: 16:00

Thoughts: I started to lose focus on the last set of the bench press. Racked it before I hurt myself.

On the third set of OH Presses my left shoulder felt odd.. almost out of track. This was the same on the next set. ROM seems impeded. Might have to switch to DBs or KBs.
