Week Three - Day Three

Start: 7:10am
Finish: 8:09am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility - 11:00
Body Movements: Pistol Practice - Did not do today

Circuit:
Double Clean x5 (20kg bells)
Pull Ups x5
Burpees x5
Swing x20 (24kg bell)
Rest: 1:00 - 2:00

Do the above five times. Today's times:

#1 - 2:15
#2 - 2:38
#3 - 3:25
#4 - 3:45
#5 - 3:30

Roller & Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: I just assumed last time I used the 20kg bells... apparently not. They were what I grabbed, so they were what I used.

Today was a little tough... must have been the extra weight. At least I was able to keep the times to within 30 seconds or so of last time.
