Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Deadlift: 125/145/165x12
DB Inc. Bench Press: 30/35/40x12

Bulg Split Squat: 12x3
Mixed Grip Lat PD: 80/90/100x12
--------
RDL: 125x12x3
Swiss Ball Lat Roll: 12x3

Thoughts: Upped the weights on the DL, BP, Lat PD, and the RDL.

This is a tough workout. It really beats me up. I like it.

Good workout today and this is the last of this series before the reps drop to ten and the rest drops to 45 seconds. Yay. Can't wait.

HR today hit about 140 bpm.
