Chins (BW minus 100=98): 6/8/8

Bench Press: 135x5x6

Chest Dips (BW minus 110=88): 10/10/10
--
Neutral Grip Shoulder Press: 20x3x10
--
Tricep Pushdowns: 40x3x10
BB Curls: 40x3x10

Thoughts: I followed up with 13:30 of stretching and foam roller. I still have this stubborn knot in my right shoulder/lat... driving me crazy.

Good workout today, but there are still challenges with the dips/chins.
