Finish: 8:17am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility - 8:30

SS:
KB Swing (35lbs): 2x10/side
Snatch (35lb): 2x10/side
---
BB Deadlift: 135x8x5
---
BO BB Rows: 65x8x5

Stretch & Roller: 12:30

Thoughts: I started with a headache and finished with a headache. It's gone not, thanks to some Ibuprofen. Overall, pretty good today. I can up the DL and the Rows.
