Week Two - Day One

Warm Up: Wall Squats x10 - Halos x10 (each way) and Pumps x10 for a total of ten minutes.
Rotate through that for 12 minutes. Total swings were 120.
Thoughts: Late start as I voted today. Another election in Canada. woot woot.
Today wasn't too bad. The sixty second active recovery can play havoc. I think that may take more out of me than the swings! I really focused on making each set of 20 swings good swings.
