Week Two - Day One - Chest/Back/Shoulders

Warm Up: Three minutes on the Concept II

Parallel Bar Dips: 12/8/3/4
Flat DB Flyes: 15x12/20x10/25x8/30x6
Lat Pulldowns: 60x12/80x10/100x8/120x6
Hyperextensions: 10x12/15x10/20x8/25x6
BB OH Press: 45x12/50x10/55x8/60x6
Lat Raises: 5x12/8x10/12x8/15x6

Thoughts: - Dips - Ugh
- Flyes - Right shoulder feels a tad weak... I wonder if I have my arms extended too far. I was holding the DBs with a Neutral Grip... may change to pronated.
- Pulldowns - good weight. I'll stick with this for a bit.
- Raises - Did these with a Supine Grip. Felt it in the back of the shoulder more than in the middle. Will do a Neutral Grip next time.
