Thoughts:

Today was tough again. This is the hardest routine I've done. Very difficult. Starting Wednesday, the reps drop to 12 and the rest period moves from 75 seconds to 60 seconds.

I was very tired today, despite getting seven hours of straight sleep last night. Not sure why.
