Start: 7:08am
Finish: 8:21am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility 10:00

TGU: 16kg for 5:00 alternating sides each rep

Did the following three times

SS:
One Hand Swing x 30 seconds with 16kg bell
Clean and Press x 30 seconds with 16kg bell
Tuck Jump Burpees x 10

BB Bench: 95x8x2/110x8x2
--
DB Flyes: 25sx8x4

Roller & Stretch: 17:00

Thoughts: Pretty good today. And I had an "A-HA!!!" moment with swings. I finally felt the hamstrings loading. Burps weren't too bad.
