Week Two - Day Three

Warm Up: Wall Squats x10 - Halos x10 (each way) and Pumps x10 for a total of ten minutes.
Rotate through that for 12 minutes. Total swings were 140.
Thoughts: Really wanted to focus on the quality of swings. AOS has moved to 30 swings, but I figured I'd stick with 20 and focus on good form. I am going to revisit AOS for Monday and adjust.
