Week Two - Day Three

Start: 7:04am
Finish: 7:49am

Warm Up: Wall Squats x10 - Halos x10 (each way) and Pumps x10 for a total of ten minutes.

Manmakers: Manmakers: 12:00 with the 20kg bell

Swings x20
Active Rest x60s (this was a variety of jogs/walk/jumping jacks)

Rotate through that for 12 minutes. Total swings were 140.

Roller & Stretch: 18:00

Thoughts: Really wanted to focus on the quality of swings. AOS has moved to 30 swings, but I figured I'd stick with 20 and focus on good form. I am going to revisit AOS for Monday and adjust.
