Warm Up: Joint Mobility - 10:00

Circuit:
Alternating Press x5/side
Alternating Row x5/side
Double Squat x5
Snatch x10/side

Rest: 1:00 to 2:00

Cycle through five times:
#1: 2:40
#2: 3:13
#3: 3:14
#4: 3:12
#5: 3:09

Roller & Stretch: 13:00

Thoughts: very tired today... but somehow managed better times. Weird.
