Thoughts: Shorter rest periods today. Down to 60 seconds instead of 75. Upped the weights on the FS and added weight to the Lunges. Overall, good today.
I'm travelling Friday, so I'll do Friday's tomorrow.
I did a FitDay calorie intake count for yesterday. After some tweaking with labels from the products I used instead of the default stuff, here's how it all came out in the wash:
Total Calories: 3243
Fat: 145g 1309 cals 42%
- Sat: 61g 550 cals 18%
- Poly: 23g 210 cals 7%
- Mono: 42g 374 cals 12%
Carbs: 292g 1026 cals 33%
- Fiber: 36g 0 cals 0%
Protein: 200g 802 cals 26%
Overall, not so bad. I do want to drop BF%, so may try and tweak Carbs. I'm on the road this weekend, so things may be a tad screwy.
